412 NAC 4-01.03. PUBLIC POLICY

01.03 PUBLIC POLICY The Department promotes and encourages the use of P3 when (a) determined to be more appropriate than the other Alternative Project Delivery Methods based on consideration of the criteria set out in 01.04, (b) found to be in the State’s best interest, and (c) its use is consistent with the limitations of the Constitution of Nebraska.
