Nicolopoulos, Esq. ~ Q, 1') __ DATE: October 6, 2020 RE: Title 37 Financial Regulation Filing Requirements through November 30, 2020 during COVID-19 Pandemic Due to the current Covid-19 state of emergency, the New Hampshire Insurance Department ("Department") provides the follow:i.ng instructions as to the financial regulation filings referenced below: Financial Statement Filings Pursuant to RSA 400-A:36 Domestic Companies Third Quarter Filings (due 11/15/2020) The Department will accept electronic filing of the Third Quarter filings due November 15th via email. The date of the receipt will be the date of the electronic filing for statutory compliance. Please follow-up with filing the hardcopy when normal business resumes. Email to: patricia.gosselin@ins.nh.gov Foreign Companies Foreign Companies should continue to file their November 15th Third Quarter Statements in accordance with the guidance from the National Association of Insurance Commissioners ("NAIC") through the NAIC's financial statement portal. For financial filings that typically require a wet signature, an electronic signature will be accepted during this time until original signatures can be provided when normal business resumes.
