Rule 17A-006. Commission meetings.

A. Frequency. The commission shall meet as frequently as necessary to conduct the business of the fund and to timely process claims. B. Chair schedules. The chair shall call a meeting at any reasonable time or upon the request of at least two (2) commissioners. C. Quorum. A quorum for any meeting of the commission shall be five (5) commissioners. A motion shall pass upon the affirmative vote of five (5) commissioners. D. Minutes. Minutes of meetings shall be taken and permanently maintained by the secretary.
