Rule 28-102. Definitions.
As used in the Rules Governing the Judicial Performance Evaluation Commission:
A.
"commission" means the Judicial Performance Evaluation Commission;
B.
"judge" means a Supreme Court justice, Court of Appeals judge, district
court judge or metropolitan court judge; and
C.
"agent" means an agency authorized to perform work for the Judicial
Performance Evaluation Commission.
