Testimony or evidence compelled under an order of immunity, or any information derived from such testimony or evidence, may not be used against the person compelled to testify or to produce evidence in any criminal case, except 1. in a prosecution for perjury committed during that testimony, or 2. in a contempt proceeding for failure to comply with an order of immunity.
