Local Rule LR11-114. Summonses and subpoenas.

[Related Statewide Rules 1-004, 1-045, 5-208, and 5-511 NMRA] Summonses and subpoenas compelling appearance in court shall contain the following language: “The district court complies with the Americans With Disabilities Act. It is counsel’s or a pro se party’s obligation to notify the clerk of the court at least five (5) days before any hearing of the anticipated attendance of a disabled person so that appropriate accommodations can be made. The court must be notified as to the appropriate type of accommodation which will be necessary.”
