[Related Statewide Rule 1-084 NMRA] A. Case closed. Once a written notice of a bankruptcy court stay has been filed as required by Rule 1-084 NMRA, the case shall be closed in the district court. B. Reopen optional. Any party has thirty (30) days to file a paper showing cause, if any, why the case should be reopened. If no paper is filed, the case shall remain closed. C. Reopen automatic. Once a written notice of the termination of a bankruptcy court stay has been filed as required by Rule 1-084 NMRA, the case shall automatically be reopened.
