Local Rule LR11-401. Domestic relations cases.

[Related Statewide Rule 1-121 NMRA] In original domestic relations actions where a summons is issued, the court shall prepare the temporary domestic order required to be entered under Rule 1-121 NMRA. Parties shall not submit a form of temporary domestic order.
