Local Rule LR13-116. Mode of attire.

[Related Statewide Rules 1-090 and 5-115 NMRA] All attorneys, their employees, probation officers, law clerks, law students, and officers of the court shall be dressed in a dignified manner at all times in court. No attire or dress so flamboyant, disheveled, or revealing as to create a distraction to the orderly conduct of court proceedings shall be permitted.
