[Related Statewide Rule 1-089 NMRA] A. Entry of appearance by parties pro se. Parties who represent themselves shall enter an appearance and shall do so by filing an initial pleading, responsive motion, or other paper that includes their name, address, telephone number, and any fax number. Parties pro se shall promptly file notice of any change of address or telephone number and serve the notice on all parties. B. Corporations as parties. Except as otherwise provided by rule, corporations must be represented by counsel. The court may strike, by court order on its own motion, any papers filed in violation of this paragraph.
