[Related to Statewide Rule 1-016 NMRA] In all domestic relations actions the following modifications shall apply to the scheduling dates set forth in Rule 1-016 NMRA. A. Pretrial scheduling order. The pretrial scheduling order set forth in Rule 1- 016(B) NMRA shall be filed within ninety (90) days after the petition is filed. B. Trial date; scheduling order filed. The trial date shall be no later than nine (9) months after the date the scheduling order is filed. C. Trial date; no scheduling order. If a pretrial scheduling order is not entered, the court shall set the case for trial in a timely manner but no later than nine (9) months after the petition is filed.
