Proposed pretrial scheduling orders and final pretrial orders submitted pursuant to Rule 1-016 NMRA shall be in the form set forth in LR2-Form 707 for the final pretrial orders and in any form approved by the Second Judicial District Court for the pretrial scheduling orders. B. Reinstated cases. A party seeking to reinstate a case pursuant to Rule 1- 041(E)(2) NMRA shall attach a copy of a proposed pretrial scheduling order to the motion to reinstate. C. Exemptions. The following categories of cases are exempted from the pretrial scheduling order requirements of Rule 1-016(B) NMRA: Commitment Conservatorship Guardianship Probate.
