[Related Statewide Rules 1-103, 5-122, 10-167, and 23-111 NMRA] All pro se parties and attorneys shall be responsible for following the provisions of the court interpreter rules: Rules 1-103, 5-122, and 10-167 NMRA. In addition to the terms contained therein, the following shall apply: A. Identifying a need for interpretation. In no event shall a pro se party or a party’s attorney advise the court of the need for a court interpreter any later than five (5) days before a scheduled hearing. B. Violations. Failure to comply with this rule may result in cancellation of a scheduled hearing without prior notice.
