Local Rule LR4-201. Filing fees.

[Related Statewide Rules 1-099, 1-125, and 23-114 NMRA] A filing fee shall be collected by the district court clerk in all new and reopened cases under law, unless waived by a judge on a proper showing of indigency. A surcharge shall be collected by the district court clerk in all new and reopened domestic relations cases under the domestic relations mediation program, unless waived by a judge.
