Except as provided by statute or court rule, the clerk shall not make any disbursement or accept any actual tender of property or money unless under court order. B. Method of payment. The clerk shall not accept payment of judgments, money in garnishment, or restitution in criminal cases unless required by statute, Supreme Court rule, or court order.
