Local Rule LR5-209. Filing fees and other fees.

A. No refunds. No filing fees or other fees collected by the clerk will be refunded except in instances where a fee was mistakenly paid at the instance of the clerk. B. Method of payment. Fees are to be paid to the clerk by attorney firm checks, cash, money order, or certified check. No personal checks shall be accepted.
