[Related Statute NMSA, 1978 §34-6-2] A. Judge to determine division’s itinerary and schedule. The judge of each division shall determine the general itinerary and schedule for that division. B. Settings; notice required. The district court clerk or the judge’s administrative assistant shall give reasonable notice, in writing, of the time and place of settings to counsel of record or to parties. All settings so made shall be binding on all parties and attorneys properly notified. No setting shall be vacated except on good cause shown. C. Notification if setting should be removed. Attorneys shall timely advise the judge’s office when a matter is to be taken off the calendar so that other matters may be set.
