Local Rule LR6-212. Excusal of judges.

[Related Statewide Rule 1-088.1 NMRA] A party exercising the election to excuse a judge under Rule 1-088.1 NMRA shall submit two (2) copies of the peremptory election to excuse to the clerk of the court. The clerk shall file one (1) copy and shall immediately send the other copy to the district judge being excused. The party shall serve all other parties with a copy of the peremptory election.
