Local Rule LR6-304. Pretrial conference.

Unless defendant (or child, in juvenile cases) is in custody, a pretrial conference may
be held on the day preceding any jury trial at a time to be designated in the pretrial
order, in order to avoid having jurors appear unnecessarily. Both the defendant and
counsel must be present.
