The clerk of the district court will time-stamp the original and no more than two copies of a filed pleading. Additional time-stamped copies shall be made from the copies procured at the time of filing the pleading and are not the responsibility of the clerk of the district court. [LR9-305 recompiled as LR9-114 by Supreme Court Order No. 16-8300-015, effective for all cases pending or filed on or after December 31, 2016.]
