A. Scope of rules. These rules govern procedure in the Supreme Court and the Court of Appeals. B. Title. These rules may be known as the Rules of Appellate Procedure and cited as Rule 12-___ NMRA. (For example, this rule may be cited as Rule 12-101 NMRA.)
