Rule 12-610. Expungement.

A. Scope. This rule applies to the expungement of arrest and public records maintained at an appellate court under the Criminal Record Expungement Act, NMSA 1978, Sections 29-3A-1 to -9. B. Court action upon service of order. On receipt of an order from the district court granting a petition for expungement, the appellate court shall review the order and expunge the requested records, if appropriate.
