A. Conduct. Except as otherwise provided, adjudicatory hearings in delinquency cases shall be conducted in the same manner as trials are conducted under the Rules of Criminal Procedure for the District Courts. B. Children's court attorney. In delinquency cases, the children's court attorney shall represent the state at all adjudicatory hearings.
