UJI 13-402. Liability of principal.

If you find there was a principal and agent relationship, the principal is liable for the acts of an agent when: 1. The agent was acting within the scope of agency; and 2. The principal had the right to control the manner in which the details of the work were to be performed at the time of the occurrence, even though the right of control may not have been exercised.
