UJI 13-715. Expert testimony.

A witness who, by education or experience, has become expert in the appraisal of property is permitted to state an opinion as to [market value] [rental value] [damages] [other]. You should consider such expert opinion received in evidence and give it such weight as you think it deserves, or you may reject it entirely.
