UJI 13-807. Acceptance; definition.

An acceptance is a statement or conduct made by one party to the other, showing that party’s agreement to the terms of the other party’s offer. For __________________ (name of offeree) to have accepted __________________’s (name of offeror) offer, __________________ (name of offeree) must have informed __________________ (name of offeror) by a statement or conduct that __________________ (name of offeree) agreed to the terms of the offer.
