UJI 13-820. Third party beneficiary; enforcement of contract.

To recover the benefits of the contract between __________________ (contract promisor) and __________________ (contract promisee), __________________ (third party) must show that __________________ (contract promisee) and _________________ (contract promissor) intended to benefit __________________ (third party) [either individually or as a member of a class].
