UJI 13-842. Waiver.

Waiver is the voluntary giving up of a known right. A waiver may be express or implied from a person’s statements or conduct. If __________________ (name of individual who waived right) waived their right to __________________________ (identify contractual right), then __________________ (name of individual who waived right) is excused from their obligation to comply with that condition of their performance.
