NMAC. The bulletin hereby requires health insurers to present all documentation that includes cost sharing features to be displayed from the perspective of the insured/policyholder or potential policyholder/insured. Documentation includes, but is not limited to forms, insurance cards, and advertisement material. Unless specifically excluded by NMSA 1978, Section 59A-18-13.A, all forms shall be submitted to the New Mexico Office of Superintendent of Insurance, Life and Health Rate and Form Filing Bureau for review. Pursuant to NMSA 1978, 59A-18-13.B, forms shall be filed electronically through the system for Electronic Rate and Form Filing (SERFF).
