AND §§ 13.4.1 THROUGH 13.4.6 NMAC THE FOLLOWING BULLETIN is issued pursuant to NMSA 1978 § 59A-2-8 and § 13.20.2 NMAC. All insurance applicants are on notice that the New Mexico Insurance Code, NMSA 1978 59A-1-1 et seq. explicitly provides that fees are deemed earned upon submission and are not refundable. See NMSA 1978 §59A-6-1. Therefore, applicants are advised to be certain applications are complete when submitted, because incomplete applications will be rejected and the fee will not be refunded or applied to any resubmission. All insurance applicants are on notice that the following procedures are in place: 1. Any failure to provide complete information when submitting an application for licensure to the Producer Licensing Bureau will result in a rejection of the application and will result in a forfeiture of the application fee. An incomplete application will be returned to the applicant.
