Section 14. Supportive Services

A. An explanation of the supportive services available through the NMW work program, provided funding is available, shall be given to NMW participants during orientation. Participants who need supportive services to participate in the program are eligible for such services. B. NMW work program participants are eligible to receive an initial supportive services payment in accordance with 8.102.620.15 NMAC. The support services payment may be used by the participant to cover travel, child care costs incurred or both. C. Ongoing supportive services: (1) Necessary ongoing supportive services are identified on the WPA, which identifies the services needed and the start and end dates for the services. (2) If additional supportive services are needed after the initial assessment, the WPA shall be modified to reflect the changes.
