Section 2. Scope

These regulations apply to: A. public, profit or nonprofit facilities or entities providing dialysis services as outlined by these regulations; B. any facility providing services as outlined by these regulations which by federal regulation must be licensed by the state of New Mexico to obtain or maintain full or partial, permanent or temporary federal funding.
