Section 48. Corridors

A. Corridors in a facility must have a minimum width of 36 inches. Corridors in newly constructed facilities shall have a minimum width of 44 inches. B. Corridors shall have a clear ceiling height of not less than seven feet measured to the lowest projection from the ceiling. C. Corridors shall be maintained clear and free of obstructions at all times. [8.371.2.48 NMAC - N, 7/1/2024}
