Section 49. Minimum Room Dimensions

A. All habitable rooms in a facility shall have a ceiling height of not less than seven feet six inches. Kitchens, halls, bathrooms and toilet compartments will have a ceiling height of not less than seven feet. B. All habitable rooms other than a kitchen shall be not less than seven feet in any dimension. C. Any room with sloped ceiling is subject to review and approval or disapproval by the licensing authority, based upon Uniform Building Code computation of minimum area. [8.371.2.49 NMAC - N, 7/1/2024}
