Extensions

A. The applicant may request in writing the extension of one timeline set by these rules. The requested extension may be for up to one-half of the time originally allotted (e.g., a 10 business day extension for a 20 business day timeframe). The utility shall not unreasonably refuse this request. B. If further timeline extensions are necessary, the applicant may request an extension and the utility shall grant the extension so long as it does not unreasonably delay the processing of later queued interconnection applications.
