Scope

A. This rule applies to all ambulance services subject to the jurisdiction of the department. B. In addition to the exemptions stated in 65-2A-38 and 65-6-6 NMSA 1978, this rule does not apply to: (1) agencies of the United States government or (2) ambulance services authorized in another state or country that are engaged in interstate transportation of patients into or out of New Mexico.
