Effect Of Bylaws On Past Actions And Obligations

The adoption of these bylaws or the repeal of a resolution by the bylaws shall not affect: A. Vested rights and obligations pertaining to any prior resolution; or B. Other matters of record referring to resolutions and not included within the bylaws.
