No Down Payment

It is an unfair or deceptive trade practice for a dealer to advertise that no down payment is required in connection with the purchase of a vehicle when a down payment or trade-in is in fact required. If only a trade-in is required a dealer may advertise that fact. [5-1-98; Recompiled 10/15/01]
