Section 2. Scope

All persons or entities applying for enterprise assistance under the opportunity enterprise revolving fund and housing development assistance under the housing development revolving fund administered by the New Mexico finance authority, Sections 6-34-8, 6-34-12, 6-34-13.1 and 6-34-13.3 NMSA 1978.
