Objective

The purpose of this rule is: to require an insurer or insurance group subject to the requirements of this rule to provide the superintendent with a summary of its corporate governance structure, policies and practices; to outline the requirements for completing and submitting a corporate governance annual disclosure; and to provide for the confidential treatment of the corporate governance annual discloure and related information.
