See this section of the USEC except delete the first sentence and substitute with the following: No solar thermal piping containing heat transfer fluid that is capable of freezing under normal conditions shall be installed or permitted outside of a building or in an exterior wall, unless, where necessary, adequate provisions is made to protect such pipe from freezing.
