Section 14. Rural Allocation

A. A minimum of fifteen percent of the CDBG allocation will be awarded to rural counties and 2.110.2 NMAC 7 municipalities. B. Rural applicants will compete for funding from the community infrastructure, housing, Colonias, and public facility capital outlay categories. C. Rural and non-rural applicants will compete for funding from the economic development, emergency and planning categories.
