Statutory Authority

Authority for this rule derives from the New Mexico Bingo and Raffle Act Section 60-2F-3 NMSA 1978. Subsections I, J, K and L of 60-2F-6 NMSA 1978 authorize the board to adopt regulations concerning licensure for persons involved in the conducting of games of chance.
