Licensed Officials

A. Licensure by commission required: All promoters, managers, matchmakers, trainers, booking agents, contestants, and their seconds, as well as officials such as referees, judges, timekeepers, and announcers officiating at any full-contact karate or kickboxing event shall be licensed by the commission. B. Any violation of this rule shall subject the violator to penalty by the commission.
