Section 19. New Facility

A new facility may be located in an existing building or a newly constructed building: A. If opened in an existing building, a variance may be granted for those building requirements the facility cannot meet under the same criteria outlined in these regulations, if not in conflict with existing building and fire codes. This is at the sole discretion of the licensing authority. B. A new facility opened in a newly constructed building shall meet all of the requirements of these regulations.
