Section 18. Hearing Procedures

A. Hearing procedures for adverse action initiated by the licensing authority against a facility license as outlined in Sections 16 and 17 above will be held in accordance with adjudicatory hearings, New Mexico health care authority, 8.370.2 NMAC. B. A copy of the above regulations will be furnished to a facility at the time an adverse action is initiated against its license by the licensing authority, or a copy may be requested at any time by contacting the licensing authority.
