Section 39. Commission Code Of Conduct

The conduct of commissioners and all employees of the commission shall be governed by the code of conduct adopted by the commission pursuant to Section 10-16-11 NMSA 1978 of the Governmental Conduct Act unless inconsistent with Sections 8-8-17, 8-8-18 and 8-8-19 NMSA 1.2.2 NMAC 37 1978.
