Section 18. Application Submission Procedures And Content

The application packet provided by the division must be used. It is only necessary to answer the questions on the application that pertain to the relevant single project category. A. An applicant must submit an original (hard copy) and two separate electronic copies of each application to the division, and one electronic copy to the appropriate council of governments. B. Applications for community infrastructure, housing and public facility capital outlay must be date stamped by the division on or before 5:00 p.m. on the designated application deadline. Applications received after that time will not be processed.
