Statutory Authority

This part establishes the rules of practice and procedure governing the practice of naturopathic medicine in New Mexico and are promulgated pursuant to and in accordance with the Naturopathic Doctor’s Practice Act, Chapter 61, Article12G-4 NMSA 1978 and the Medical Practice Act Chapter 61, Article 6 NMSA 1978.
