Notice To Any Practitioner Licensed By The Board

If the complaint committee determines that it will not impede an investigation and will not interfere with the procurement of 16.10.6 NMAC 2 testimony or development of the case, the complaint committee may inform the practitioner licensed by the board about whom the complaint is made, of the nature of the complaint and may request a response to the allegations.
